The GUTS Sales Method – Interview with Claude Diamond
I am real excited about this… I just completed an interview with the one and only – the Father of Lease Purchasing – Claude Diamond! For those of you who don’t know Claude, HE IS THE MAN!! He has coached and mentored 1,000′s of people over the last 20+ years to be successful in lease purchasing and sales. In fact, he has coached two of my coaches!!
Bottom line… There is nothing more important to business than sales and marketing, and that is what this short little interview is about. Most of what I have learned about how to talk to sellers comes from this man. I highly, HIGHLY recommend to all my students to read Claude’s books on the GUTS Sales Method.

Great information. TIME is our most precious asset. We can not replace time or get it back. You can always get sellers, buyers , and investors but you can never market for TIME.
