Oh I’m sorry it took so long to respond, I just got back on the site. I’m trying to create training manuals for VA’s & finding other low cost ways to market to sellers (& buyers), since its tough being on a low budget as a student. It would be awesome to network with other students who are doing the business. My partner and I, currently in business school in Tucson, have created our LLC (Sunlight Holdings) based on your model & are hoping to kick off marketing ASAP! Thanks for all your help Joe, its been invaluable.

I am riding out hurricane Irene here in New Jersey, I have been watching your videos for the past six hours! I have worked in the mortgage business and have a background in foreclosure work with a law firm. I cant wait to talk with you personally! I have been in every class, bought every cd, finished first in my educational classes and none of these have resulted in Anything.
I have gained more knowledge from watching your videos than i have from all the above. I really appreciate that you care about the people you work with rather than just try to sell some worthless information via a Cd or something.
I want to tell you a quick story….. I once sat down with a counselor and she was paid by the hour. I went there for inspiration and hope. The counselor spent the first hour discussing how my insurance was going to pay for the session. Needless to say I did not go back to that counselor.
I have looked into many different Real Estate Gurus and it was just the same as that counselor! “How are you paying me upfront and I will tell you a little about my world” and after payment you find out that they just tell you the basics that every knucklehead can figure out on their own.
The difference I found with you is that you let us into your world without asking for a dime, and that goes a long way with a guy like me. I hope to be working with you in the future and thank you for your time and professionalism. I look forward to returning the favor and making money together!

I enjoyed your presentation at IRCA on tuesday night. The idea was completely novel. The more i think about it the more I find it interesting and doable.
I shall study the course thoroughly and after getting profiscient I shall put my broker and friendly brokers in CA-, GA, SC and WI. in action .MeanwhileI need to find assistants that are knowledgeable in real estate and free thinking toorganize the works and try to put the whole process on automatic.
I like to partner with you at least at the beginig till I have my feet solidly on the ground, and start making money like STEVE< WILL AND HENRY.
