i noticed on your facebook site you mention that if someone wants to earn five figures a month that they should consider you for private coaching.that sorta makes me feel like im incompetant and can’t make five figures unless i aquire your assistance which i’m sure has a pretty price attached to it.isn’t it a numbers game, where the more contacts i make the better chance i have to make more money?so why couldn’t i make five figures without using you.this seems to be another one of those programs that have that other offer lurking around the corner.in order to do better, or for private coaching, you only have to pay an additional $500 to come on board,right?i really thought up to this point that you were promoting an honest home based business but now i see that your not any different than the other gurus out there trying to make more money off your program than what was initially presented.if it’s a complete package,and everything is thoroughly explained,then why would i need you to coach me?

thank you for your email.i appreciate your comments.sorry you feel imcompetant.that was certainly not my intention!of course you can make five figures with just using the system – without ANY coaching – you betcha – i believe that 100%.you get everything you need to be successful in the business, all right there in the course, end of debate.but why do i think coaching is so valuable?because i personally have coaches and i couldn’t have gotten to where i am without coaching.i practice what i preach.i have spent over $30,000 on coaching programs over the years.most of it was good, some of it was not good.i am currently in an awesome coaching program with steve cook & shaun mccloskey through lifeonaire.these guys are awesome and have helped me grow my business tremendously.they really hold me accountable.now listen, this is really important, coaching is not for everyone and it’s probably not for you.that’s totally fine.i just believe that coaching will help accelerate your business and help you get to where you want to be faster than you could probably do on your own.just my opinion – because i have been there and done that – tried do things on my own & failed.take a look at what kind of coaching i offer.look at my updated coaching page that i have on this site. i don’t know of any other coaching program that offers as much as i do.i’m going to do all your marketing for you?i’m going to set up your business for you?i’m going to fly out to your city?it’s a great program & i am really proud of it.peace – joe

Have you worked with anyone outside of US?, l live in Australia. l have done sandwich lease options and would love to try a wholesale.

Melanie, I have never really worked with anyone outside the US. If you can do sandwich lease options in the Australia, I don’t see why you couldn’t wholesale lease options. It is really the same principle. You will probably have to revise my contracts quite a bit. But then again, you may be able to just revise the standard lease option contracts you have been using to allow you to assign them & get out of the deal. Not that hard, really! Let me know how it goes!
